Terms and Conditions – Booking2Cyprus

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Booking2Cyprus website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the website or make a booking.

2. Your Contract

When you make a booking via Booking2Cyprus, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the supplier (e.g. airline, hotel, tour operator). Booking2Cyprus acts solely as an agent and is not responsible for the actual provision of your travel services.

3. Booking Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, including passenger names (as per passport), travel dates, and itinerary details. Any errors not corrected within 48 hours may result in additional charges or cancellation.

4. Payments

A deposit or full payment must be made at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 12 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 12 weeks of travel require full payment upfront. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead passenger.
  • Cancellation charges apply depending on the notice period before departure.
  • Amendments (e.g. name changes, date changes) may incur an administration fee plus supplier charges.
  • Some services are non-refundable, including low-cost airline tickets.

6. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. Booking2Cyprus is not liable for any losses due to denied boarding or entry.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and COVID-19-related incidents. Without insurance, Booking2Cyprus accepts no liability for losses or damages.

8. Supplier Terms

Each supplier (e.g. hotel or airline) has its own terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by these once your booking is confirmed. Copies are available upon request.

9. Changes Made by Us

In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your booking. We will notify you as soon as possible. Significant changes (e.g. flight time changes over 12 hours or airport changes) may entitle you to a refund or alternative option.

10. Cancellations Made by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disaster, or pandemic). In such cases, we will offer a refund or alternative travel arrangements.

11. Complaints

If you have any issues during your trip, inform the local supplier or Booking2Cyprus representative immediately. Formal complaints must be submitted within 28 days of your return via email or post.

12. Financial Protection

All package holidays and flight-inclusive bookings sold by Booking2Cyprus are protected by ATOL (number 11211) through Caria Holidays Ltd. You will receive an ATOL Certificate where applicable.

13. Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements without refund in cases of abusive, dangerous, or illegal behaviour during your trip.

14. Privacy Policy

Booking2Cyprus complies with data protection laws. Information you provide will only be shared with suppliers or authorities where necessary for your booking. View our full privacy policy for details.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
