Located in a quiet, residential area of Cape Greco just 5 minutes' drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Ayia Napa as well the more family oriented resort of Protaras, Villa Magnolia offers the very best of both worlds.
Built in a large plot of land with a mature garden the villa has a rustic design and features a large 6x12m tiled private pool and a 4x18m Kiosk, complete with a good BBQ. The patio area around the pool is south facing providing perfect sunbathing conditions but there is also a large covered area for those that prefer a break from the hot Mediterranean summer sun. Just like the inside of the villa the patio area is fully equipped with modern furniture that includes sun-loungers, tables, chairs and more.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa set, large flat screen, satellite TV with Russian, English and European Channels and the large glass door open into the pool patio area to join the inside with the outdoor patio and provide a spacious living area.
The fully equipped kitchen is semi-separate and features a breakfast bar, modern high quality appliances, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and much much more.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a large double bed, a family bathroom and two further rooms each one offering two single beds. Another great feature of the house is the upper floor veranda which is very spacious with nice views of Cape Greco. Further up Villa Magnolia features a loft with a further two single beds. In total the villa can comfortably sleep 8 persons in beds.
With the exception of the loft the villa is fully air-conditioned fully eqipped and offers free unlimited high speed Wi-Fi internet.
Overall this is an ideal house for a family holiday or a romantic break.
Ayia Napa Holiday Villa Magnolia is situated on Cape Greco National Park and near the Blue Flag Beach of Konnos Bay. Grecian Park Hotel and Konnos Bay are about 1km away.
Ayia Napa, the most cosmopolitan tourist resort of Cyprus, is just 5km away and there you can find all modern amenities and entertainment for kids of all ages including gourmet restaurants, night clubs with worldwide famous DJs, lounge bars on the beach, bars, supermarkets, trendy boutiques, Luna Parks for the kids and much more.
Protaras, a more family oriented resort is also about 5km away in the oposite direction.
A car is advised for this villa as most of the amenities are not within walking distance but with a car they are only 3-5 minutes away. The whole area is supported by a well organised bus service and the taxis are reliable and not expensive.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
