Villa Althea combines an inviting, homely open plan interior with tranquil, spacious and private pool area to the rear. The property is located on the eastern plateau in a quiet location overlooking the Aphrodite Hills Championship golf course. The property has been finished to a high standard and is well equipped both inside and out to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The back garden of the property features a 10x5 swimming pool, private, landscaped gardens, sun decks, shady terraces, a BBQ area - plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The interior of the property is well furnished and finished throughout. There is a good sized living room, open plan dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
The bedrooms are well furnished with good quality beds and mattresses, linen and furnishings to match. There is a cool, basement room with lounge seating and toys for kids, the perfect playroom/hang out for the children. Villa Althea is fully air-conditioned plus the units can heat for year round comfort.

Villa Althea is located in a low density area on the eastern plateau, a forty five minute walk from the resort facilities. The property is a fine, two bedroom property which has been professionally furnished and is extremely well maintained by our very own, dedicated property management and housekeeping team.
We meet all of our guests at the resort entrance and show you to the property for a guided tour regardless of your arrival time, no-one else provides this service.
Customer Service - We pride ourselves on looking after our guests and we personally manage Villa Althea to a very high standard. We are based on the resort and are on hand 24/7 to make sure your stay on this beautiful resort is as comfortable and as relaxing as possible.
Your Arrival - We always personally meet our guests and take them to the properties, no fumbling around in the dark for a key box if you book with us! If you have any specific requirements or wish to order a welcome pack for your arrival, let us know in advance.
A free copy of our own in-house magazine, 8509, will be provided in your holiday property. It's an independent guide that contains the most current and reliable information about the region, so that you can make the most of your time in the area.
Departure Lounge - Exclusive to our guests - If you have a late flight but have to vacate your property by 10am, don't worry, come and relax in our departure lounge, take a dip in our pool and relax before catching your flight home. Free drinks are provided, shaded terraces, sunbeds, showering facilities and free wifi.
Adult Minimum Age: Notification of your flight details (arrival airport, flight number and arrival time) is vital as it enables the Property Manager to schedule the preparations, meet you, escort you to the property, show you how the various facilities work at the property and provide keys. Failure to provide this information may result in waiting time before someone can be allocated to meet you.
A damage deposit will be added to the price of your accommodation dependent on the size of the property and the duration of your stay.
The damage deposit will be added to the request for final payment. It will be returned to you by e-banking less than two weeks after your departure, net of such sums as may be required to make good any loss or damage occurring during your stay. You must supply your bank details for us to do this as we do not retain the information for security reasons.
